Yes your system may be 64 bit but samp is still 32 bit.

What is this ?
Plenty of topics about this #search!!

Opened a few topics and appearantly it is either an attak of some sort allegedly, and I've seen a "samp server doesn't run great on CentOS, use something else" post. (Ubuntu Server ftw)

I understand you but I have many things installed on my VPS, I can't just delete it and reinstall Ubuntu. I'll lost my files. and I must be sure the crashes are causing due to the VPS and not due the script.

Obviously you'd make backups :P
But anyway make sure you do in fact have the 32 bit packages! Even tho the VPS is a 64 bit system, SAMP requires 32 bit packages (just like how software on windows is 32 bit too [Program Files (x86)], even tho the OS is usually 64 bit these days).

Package names for CentOS might be different. Try g00gling around a bit. This is something I found:
https://groups.******.com/forum/#!to...us/HfIaeywUGhU
(replace ****** with g00gle and replace the 00 with oo, obviously).
But before installing you might wanna list your packages and use grep to find packages (partly) named "libc6".

Guessing that would be (since yum is CentOS' apt)
Code:
yum list --installed | grep libc6
.

However since samp already runs to the plugin fase I guess you do have libc6 32bit. Try finding libstdc++'s 32bit package for CentOS and see if it is installed.

Try all of these maybe:
libstdc++-devel.i686
libstdc++-static
libstdc++-static.i686

If that still doesn't help, install a different OS (eg. using a virtual machine or Windows' subsystem for Linux (WSL)) and try to run your server on there to see if you still get those crashes. If you do, it's somethin' else which I can't help you with. Otherwise you would need a different OS after all.
I can (yet again) recommend Ubuntu Server. After installing run these commands to install the packages you need for samp:
Code:
sudo su -
dpkg --add-architecture i386
apt update
apt -y upgrade #Only needed if updates are available
apt -y install libc6-i386 lib32stdc++6
logout #Logging out from root
