Lightbulb 0.3DL - is there any client memory limit of downloaded models?

Hello,
Nobody said the memory limit of custom models that "sit" in clients VRAM or something while playing.
Ok - Kalcor said that you can push objects by using negative IDs in range -1000 to -30k which is 29k slots of objects.
But this doesn't inform us about some memory limit of clients game

For example - a server has 10k custom objects on world -1, so they can be spawned everywhere
How does this relate to players device? The models are in cache directory but how they are loading? Like normal models in gta3.img or through some memory leak to push them into gta_sa.exe app live memory?
Are them loaded live all the time or just when game needs to render them by 3D Engine?
I didn't observe any efficiency differences comparing to empty 0.3DL without models or just few models in.

What is the upper or lower limit of 0.3DL models that beautiful GTA San Andreas can handle?

You realise dynamic objects are a thing right? Meaning they are only being rendered when the player are near. whether they should take more memory because they are custom objects is just plain nonsense.
