Does all of your fighting involve manipulating GTA issues like switching weapons to reload, crouching, rolling, etc?

Perhaps the manipulation causes synchronization issues?

Pretty much but I wouldn't call those GTA issues rather GTA dynamics

No, whatever that is it isn't the same issue. The reported issue here is easy to spot because the shot offsets are extremely large.

Since RC3 you only need to be logging shots with a VectorSize > 10.0 for players, and > 100.0 for vehicles.

None in particular. However, there were a few instances where the player spammed F8 to cause FPS lag which made the paused icon appear on him a few times. After that none of us could hit him anymore.

I'll adjust the filterscript to only log those and try again.

Is this Bug still relevant?
Is it already fixed?

i really need to know, how its triggered.. because a friend got banned for this bug, and we have to show the admins on the server, how this bug was triggered, to unban him.

Please, i really need Help, at least from the staff/devs, which can say me, whether the bug is still working.

(Sry for my bad english, i just learned school english )
