Default How do I set the object's property in the blender?

Hello,
when I make an object in the blender and give it a sand texture. How do you make the sand raises when I ride a motorcycle? And how do I turn off to prevent traces of hand brake on sand?

Thanks for help

The surface type is in the collision file. Generate the col with kdff or col/io (3dsmax). Load the col in Collision File Editor II. Press F4 to edit the selected col. Go to the Face tab. Select all faces. Scroll down to "Surface settings." Change the faces from Default surface to Sand. Save the col and attach it to the dff with kdff.
