I did also forget to point out that why are you using a separate stock function to reset ONE variable in OnPlayerConnect and OnPlayerDisconnect ? High much ? :P

Does it work some-what similar to this one?
Yes, but it checks if player really aimed at target too, if not he probably uses hacks xD... Im planning to develop an anti-autoaim based on target percent time when player hold aiming aganist another one, ill be glad if someone have some more ideas about how to develop it... I was thinking on get bounce aim too while player aim target + move...

iPLEOMAX has a 'OnPlayerLookAtVehicle' ( http://forum.sa-mp.com/showthread.php?t=310502 ), maybe you can modify it into a 'OnPlayerLookAtPlayer' and use that xD
( Or just use the code as an idea i guess )
