How to install?
1) GTAIVH.txd must be located at "Gta sa Folder/models/txd/GTAIVH.txd"
2) Put GTAIVH.amx and GTAIVH.pwn in your 'Filterscripts' folder
3) add GTAIVH in server.cfg open it and see beside Filterscripts word

1. The code is barely even readable. The TAB button (or the space bar, if you prefer) on your keyboard is there for a reason. Use it.

2. Requiring all your players to download a .txd file isn't very good advertising to be honest.

Not a filterscript. that's a mod, clientsided

I see no advantage in using this server/client mod over a proper clientside mod.

At least, all those ASI mods remove the default GTA SA health bar and add more features from the real GTA IV hud, like weapon icons or oxygen bar.
