When i go in some places , like in Vagos Turf ( single player ) , lags like hell.
If i don't go there there's no LAG !
I use GF edit , any ideas?

Timers it this place?
Too many functions in this place?
Using mods?

Try on the other gamemode and tell us what you noticed.

Might be too many vehicles/objects/pickups in one place.

As MadeMan said, it's most likely that your computer can't handle all of the objects/pickups/vehicles/players/3D Texts/map icons, or any mix of them all, that reside in that area. This is usually caused by a low amount of RAM memory. Even if you do detect, there isn't much you can do besides delete some of the elements in that area, which would probably cause your script to bug out.

Please list your computer specifications (CPU, RAM, Graphics Card, etc)
