Also, if you /save and nothing will be done, than this is the solution, because I was trying to /save and no locations would be saved.
Try this, posted a while ago. Might work.

Try checking your virtual store directory. Either run command prompt (WIN+R) or go to explorer (WIN+E) and enter: %LocalAppdata% (note: not case sensitive). From there, navigate to the "VirtualStore" directory.

See if you can find them there (under (virtualstore)->Rockstar Games->GTA San Andreas).

maybe do you guys know why I cant see nothing in the SAMP folder?
when I enter GTA SA USER FILES--> SAMP, the only file I see is USERDATA.DAT
I dont see the screens folder and even not the chatlog that I remember that need to be there.
maybe should I try to delete this file? or not?

Well did you check the VirtualStore directory yet? If they're not there there's a good chance they're in your VirtualStore directory -I had that once. Check it.

On desktop, right mouse button, the menu opens, goto New->Shortcut. Then enter the path to that directory.
Or go to the directory, right mouse button on the directory you and select the "Copy to desktop (create shortcut)" option.
