Default Getting players hooked more and more

I need some opinions from members in this forum.
In most servers,if you already have a house and a vehicle there's basically nothing to do. You're already rich and that's it. So I've been thinking how to make the players feel that what they achieved now is not enough.
Does someone have something in mind about a feature or something else?

I just wanted to make my server more enjoyable by players whether they are new or not, nothing more.

maybe add damage system?

for example:
player reaches level 10+ and punch harder / shoot more damage

I run a roleplay server and features are designed to describe the most realistic environment in real life. My server applies strict monetary fiscal policies, the more assets the player has, the higher tax will be paid if the money is not used to reinvest.

Besides, I give my players the investment features to develop their own company associated with the business system, gangsta & gov faction. They will always have work to do beside of the server side jobs. To do that you have to tighten the cash flow in the server. Must prevent inflation, creating many items that make them spend a lot of money on them properly. Of course, they will eventually become people who have it all, but from the above linked features, they will always be interested in playing at your server.

Great idea! I've also been thinking about asset tax, as some of my players had more vehicles and houses than average players.

Similar issue here, but just gotta make sure ur different I guess. Most of the servers out there are basically copies one of another, all NGG scripts and some kind of edits

It's more difficult now than it has before to gain and maintain a healthy playerbase, especially for roleplay servers. You've got to consider the location, Los Santos is obviously the popular location to start the server but it's too large for a small playerbase (which is what you're going to have on an early development). Try focusing the location on a more specific area (If you're in the city; Ganton/Idlewood). Force the small playerbase into a specific area by making businesses and houses only accessible there to avoid a dead city.

Other things to consider is to involve your players in the development. Create your base script and let whatever possible members have their ideas voted on to what to implement. Have them become part of the development.

How about create some randomness, where player can lost their wealth from some event. Maybe?

Think that would just force players to leave if they randomly lose their cash.
