Angry YINI Saving With "File" Format Instead Of "Config. Settings"

Ey Guys, I'm having problem with y_ini. Y_Ini Is saving files but with "File" Format/Type Instead of "Configuration Settings" Format/Type. What can be the problem?

Here's the code that is saving files in script files folder:
