Default Objects spawning on incorrect positions

Why object ids: 996 & 997
when i place them on map construction in correct position theyre ok
but when i test them on the server they are floating and have weird rotations
I use SA-MP MAP Construction (editor.exe)
Here is one of the objects:
Code:
CreateDynamicObject(997, 1254.49988, 194.26405, 19.10990,   0.00000, 0.00000, -24.98010);

-24.98010 is the depth rotation angle, tried changing it to 0.0?

PHP Code:
CreateDynamicObject(9971254.49988194.2640519.10990,   0.000000.000000.0);
