Default ENB Question

I have an ENB, Freezin's ENB v3.1 to be exact. I have frame limiter on and the FPS is stuck to 75, my monitor is 75HZ. But I am having a problem, my game looks laggy, however, I don't have any FPS drops. It just looks laggy, is there a way to fix it?

Default Re: ENB Question

Try reducing bloom a little bit and disable motion blur. Search on enb website to get details on how to configure it yourself.
