Default Texture only works some

Hi everyone, I found some mods from home, but when I add the collision in DFF using the kdff of this error: Append .col to DFF error: 7, I can remove this error, but the texture only work some, I open the DFF in ZModeler and I export the object in .3ds format and then I open the .3ds object in Autodesk 3DS Max and export the object as DFF to remove the error Append col to dff error: 7, it works perfectly, after this process I can add the .col in the DFF without error, however inside the server are some texture that works.
Anyone know of a solution to this problem?

I thank you all.

Are you sure you need to add col to dff? Isn't it already in dff? Also i don't know what the deal with that .txd but it seems corrupt af. I see two options: clean up that .txd or retexturing bad parts yourself.
