Default DLL error on server starts

Hi. I'm trying to open textdraw editor and I get 2 errors : msvcr100 and msvcr100D

on the first one, says the file maybe has and error or maybe is not compatible for windows. I have downloaded Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86) and still not working.

Do you have any solutions on what I can do about it? Thanks

I solve it by downloading the files and pasting into the editor's folder
