Well, with 0 anti-virus you can get infected just by visiting websites. What if you're googling for something and happen to stumble across one of these websites, that's it. Unless you only ever visit major websites you are at risk.

Not 0 tho, Windows comes with Windows Defender which does stuff to help.

I have a trouble on my Windows 8 PC. It doesn't support SAMSUNG Mobile Phones in it. Whenever I put my SAMSUNG Phone in it. It is not identified by my PC but When I put my Nokia Phone in it. It is identified.

Does anyone know what should I do for SAMSUNG Phones?

I suppose you have a Nokia PC Suite. Try downloading Samsung PC Suite or something(if it exists). Or maybe you have a problem in your data cable, try connecting other Samsung phones.

My i3 4130 is way faster than i7 860 in single thread tasks and sightly slower in multithreading.

Your CPU should be equivalent to a i3 3220 or something like that. The GPU is quite old and the game requires a good one.

I play the game pretty much anything maxed out at 1280x1024 resolution using an OCed HD 6850 2GB. Also the VRAM is killing the game. Well, I guess your friend won't be able to play it that much, or just on low settings which is a TERRIBLE experience... Your friend should really buy a new PC as for you change your graphics card.
