Hi there! After using /NTD, what does it tell you? Is there something written in the console? Version 5.1 should work fine, send me a message so i can help you.

Well, in the beginning it wrote this:

These are the steps I followed:

Placed ntd.amx in filterscripts folder.
Placed NTD folder in scriptfiles folder.
Placed NTD_RESOURCES.txd in models\txd of GTA San Andreas folder.
Opened server.cfg and loaded only ntd filterscript, removed the rest. I loaded an empty gamemode to avoid any conflicts.
Last I ran the server and joined.

Thanks! I just needed to remove scriptfiles and take gamemode "bare". Thank you again. =)
