Can someone tell me how to enter the server and see the city of VC? I'm still a bit of a rookie with these 0.3.8 updates, thanks. xd

Download de 0.3.8 RC2 Server, and follow the instructions by Kalcor. There is no mistake!

~1400 in LC, ~ 2500 in VC objects. You must increse object limit from 2000 to 4000 for "unstreamed"

I already did it, but, do I have to configure the "artconfig" file, to load the VC map, or what should I do to load the map?

Just in case, I already added the filterscripts to server.cfg.

You don't configure artconfig.txt.

- Download de server 0.3.8 RC2;
- Download de latest version of streamer, here;
- Extract plugin to folder "plugins" and .inc to folder pawno/includes;
- Open your server.cfg and add 'streamer' in line plugins (Example: plugins streamer);
- Extract folder 'vc2sa' from file vc2sa_models_01.7z to folder "models" in your server;
- Extract vc2sa4samp.pwn from file vc2sa_amx_01.7z to 'filterscript' folder, open with pawno from 0.3.8 rc2 server and compile;
- Put 'vc2sa4samp' in filterscript line in server.cfg (example: filterscripts vc2sa4samp);
- Run your server;
- Connect, spawn and type a command: /gotovc and your starting 3000+ files from Vice City.

My mistake xdddd
I needed to add in server.cfg, "plugins streamer.dll", the files are loading in the console.
