Include streamer before colandreas.

If I use other functions like CA_RayCastLine, it works perfectly.. but i think the problem is with objects, maybe because of the streamer.. but I use Incognito, last version.

Include colandreas after the streamer.
If the streamer functions aren't declared at the time colandreas.inc is included, colandreas cannot use them and CA_CreateDynamicObject_DC will not be declared either.
