Alguém pode me ajudar? eu coloco as coordenadas tudo certinha mais não aparece os fogos..

Está na callback "OnGameModeInit", ou trata-se de uma ação feita por um comando?

}
E substitua o random(5) por randomEx(0,5) e faça um debug para ver se o case 5 está sendo chamado corretamente.
