Jacking the driver from the passenger's side in a BF-Injector will kill the driver.

It's for any car, it's in GTA SA, not SAMP!

The problem is, I don't have such problem. Neither GTA:SA nor SA:MP.

PlayerSpectatePlayer/PlayerSpectateVehicle - when the spectate mode is turned on with this two functions in vehicles, OnPlayerStateChange will be called suddenly.

For example:
Code:
[CMD]/spectate 0 //0 is the target ID
OnPlayerStateChange called(driver->spectating) when TogglePlayerSpectating is called
OnPlayerStateChange called(spectating->driver) after the command is finished //This is the problem
OnPlayerStateChange called(driver->spectating)

Weird Bug. Say there are2 of us.

Kalcor and Donya. Kalcor are driving a vehicle (in this case lets use the turismo), Donya is a passenger in the turismo..

now donya spawns a infernus (/v infernus) now, literally. you are in the infernus driving it. BUT on Kalcor's Screen you are still a passenger and it shows a empty infernus driving around!

I don't believe the /v code would be related. since its basically a client sided bug.. I believe

It's a bug; when a passenger spawns a vehicle/or is put into a vehicle then the driver of the last car won't see the passenger driving the appeared car.

yep, also about "Can't take off in a Skimmer in water!".. i can always take off in a Skimmer, my frame limiter is always on o.o

I've also noticed that.
To temporarily solve it, you can remove the player from vehicle first(by SetPlayerPos) and use a timer to put him to another vehicle.

Or simply disallow spawning vehicles when someone is already in one
